Katarina specializes in digital learning strategies, design, and learning content development.

She joined the company in 2014 and has, since then, taken on various roles. As a content development consultant, course developer, and trainer, she is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining training content integral to achieving client business goals. As an LCMS platforms authoring expert and instructional designer, she intensively works with and coordinates subject-matter experts to establish training programs and develop learning curricula. Managing large, complex learning content development projects, she has demonstrated and utilized effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

Katarina is enthusiastic in her personal and professional growth. She is a people person all the way, loves languages, books, and going to the theater, opera, and ballet, but prefers watching movies at home on her theater couch.
